Dubai

Same-Day Delivery: Available for all Dubai addresses.

Delivery Fee: AED 25 per order.

Free Delivery: Orders above AED 399 qualify for free delivery.

UAE-Wide

Delivery Time: 1–2 business days.

Delivery Fees: Vary by emirate or region.

Cash on Delivery (COD): AED 20 additional charge.

International Shipping Fees

We currently ship internationally to most countries worldwide.

  • Delivery Time: 7–15 business days (depending on destination).

  • Rates: Automatically calculated at checkout.

  • Import Duties & Taxes: Any applicable customs or import fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.

When your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent.

International Shipping

We currently ship internationally to all countries worldwide.

Delivery Time: 7-15 business days (depending on destination).

Rates: Automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Import Duties & Taxes: Any applicable customs fees or import duties are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking link.
You can monitor your shipment in real-time through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Some items may have shipping restrictions depending on local laws or regulations.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost or Stolen: If your tracking shows your package was delivered but not received, contact us at support@nuraeathleisure.com

Our team will help you file a claim with the courier.

Damaged: If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging for prompt assistance.
