If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to make your return process simple and fair.

 

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unwashed, and unused

All tags and original packaging must be intact

A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.


Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We carefully inspect each item before shipping, but if your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receiving it.
We’ll evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Custom-made or personalized products

Intimates or personal wear items for hygiene reasons

Sale or discounted products

Gift cards

If you have questions about the return eligibility of a specific item, please contact our support team before sending it back.

Exchanges

To ensure you get your desired item quickly, we recommend placing a new order for the item you want and returning the previous one.
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund promptly.

European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery — for any reason and without explanation.
Your item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
